Bob Nichols has been a Vice President and Stockholder of Ragan-Smith since 1996 and has recently been named Executive Vice President of the firm. Bob joined the firm in 1979 with the acquisition of the James L. Murphy Company of Nashville. Bob has over 28 years of experience in the Residential Development Sector and is Ragan-Smith’s Principal Manager of Residential Development Projects. Bob has worked extensively in the master planning, platting and design of large single and multi family projects throughout the region including such prestigous developments as The Governor’s Club. Bob is currently on the Board of Directors of the Margaret Maddox YMCA in Nashville where he serves as Board Chairman. He is a Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee.
