Charlie Lowe has been employed with Ragan-Smith-Associates, Inc. since 1979 and has served as Stockholder and First Vice President since 1996. In 2006, he was named President of Ragan-Smith-Associates, Inc. Prior to 1979, his employment history includes experience with the Engineering Division of Metro Nashville Department of Public Works and James L. Murphy Jr. Company prior to its merger with Ragan-Smith-Associates, Inc. He has over 33 years experience in land development consulting with specialized knowledge in site engineering, including planning and zoning, infrastructure design of sites for land uses of commercial, retail, office, industrial, institutional, multi and single family development. Activities in various professional and civil organizations includes serving as the Nashville Branch and Tennessee Section President of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Charlie is a Professional Engineer and a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee.
