George Welch, a 1986 civil engineering graduate of Tennessee Technological University, has recently been named Vice President of Ragan-Smith. He has over 19 years of experience in land development consulting with specialized knowledge in engineering of residential devleopments including such prestigious developments as The Governors Club and Avalon. George is currently the Secretary/Treasurer for the Nashville Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a Professional Engineer registered in the states of Tennessee, Florida, and Georgia.
