Jackie Dillehay has recently been named Vice President of Ragan-Smith. He joined Ragan-Smith in 1996 and has been the Director of Surveying since 1997. He has over 27 years in land surveying experience in a variety of surveys, including Land Title, Retracement, Topographic, Route, GPS, and Construction surveys. He coordinates and manages a staff of 28 to provide support to the Ragan-Smith engineering divisions along with numerous surveys for the private sector and public agencies. He has been actively involved in the Tennessee Association of Professional Surveyors including serving as President. In November 2005, Governor Bredesen appointed Jackie to the Tennessee Board of Examiners for Land Surveyors.
