Randy Caldwell has been a Vice President and Stockholder with Ragan-Smith since 1996 and has recently been named Senior Vice President. Randy joined the firm in 1989 and has over 23 years of experience in Land Planning and Landscape Architecture. He is responsible for managing all of Ragan-Smith’s Land Planning and Landscape Architecture projects in addition to the staff of landscape architects and technical personnel. His specialty includes master plans for private commercial and residential developments. Randy and his staff have established themselves as expert providers of Master Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Amenity Design Services. Randy is an active committee member of the Tennessee Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). He is a Registered Landscape Architect in the state of Tennessee.
