Ragan-Smith field crews provided land surveying services necessary to obtain topographic information for preparation of detailed site development plans. From this data, detailed site development/civil engineering plans were prepared to effect improvements to the existing Gentry Center, tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts, the track and field athletic complex, along with a new press box at the baseball and softball field areas. Ragan-Smith worked with the architect and contractor in providing site development plans and construction administration services for student housing improvements adjacent to the easterly margin of the campus.
