Ragan-Smith provided land surveying services necessary to prepare boundary, topographic and property assembly information for use in the development of this 29-acre tract for religious and educational use in the City of Oak Hill. Ragan-Smith design engineers worked with geotechnical engineers to coordinate subsurface investigation necessary for preparation of detailed site grading and building foundation analysis. Ragan-Smith prepared the detailed site development plans as per the requirements of the City of Oak Hill. Since the project was strategically located adjacent to I-65, Old Hickory Boulevard, and Franklin Pike, a detailed traffic impact study and analysis of off-site traffic improvements was prepared.
