Preston Run is a 238-unit upscale apartment development located in the Davidson County portion of the City of Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Ragan-Smith prepared detailed site development plans that worked in concert with a steeply wooded tract of land, which provided a scenic overlook of historic Mansker Creek. Ragan-Smith prepared landscaping and hardscape places for a beautiful clubhouse and courtyard with an Olympic size swimming pool to provide active recreation opportunities to all residents.
