Ragan-Smith designed underground storage tank removal specifications. Ragan-Smith also prepared asbestos removal specifications, reviewed 30+ Army Reserve Centers, and prepared Spill Control plans. Ragan-Smith provided hazardous material disposal consulting and compiled an interactive land use database with topographic information, water, sewer, gas, electrical, and all environmental permits for air base. The system capacity modeling was provided as well.
