A wetlands delineation survey was performed on an undeveloped, 80-acre property located in Spring Hill, Williamson County, Tennessee. The property was assessed using guidelines found in the Corps of Engineers Wetlands Delineation Manual, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Waterways Experiment Station, in January of 1987. A small wetland area was found based on wetland hydrology, hydrophytic vegetation, and hydric soil conditions. The wetland delineation allowed the client to develop the property in compliance with State and Federal Regulations for alteration/disturbance of "jurisdictional wetlands".
