Glenbrook is the first major retail/mixed-use development in Hendersonville, Tennessee. The 190-acre site includes Kohl's and Target as the anchor retail tenants surrounded by restaurant, bank, hotel, office, and recreational and assisted living uses. Also proposed is a walking trail which takes advantage of existing natural resources and connects residential areas to office, recreational, and retail areas. Ragan-Smith provided preliminary master planning and zoning coordination, along with all site and infrastructure design and off-site roadway and intersection design.
