Dover Centre is a speculative office/retail campus consisting of six buildings focused inward on a rectangular courtyard. These two-story buildings are contemporary architecture made of brick and glass with aluminum mullions. They have exterior corridors with catwalks and bridges, which connect for continuous loops on the second floor as the sidewalks do on the first. The concept of the courtyard was to take landscape and hardscape elements, in conjunction with the architecture, and contrast formal architectural spaces with natural organic spaces using the same materials.
