Ragan-Smith provided landscape architecture services to create and design the overall amenity features for this 315-acre mixed-use development in Gallatin, Tennessee. The development theme revolves around the equestrian history of the property, which was incorporated into the character of the signage, fencing and hardscape elements of the development. Various pocket parks were incorporated into the Master Plan to provide formal open space and recreational opportunities. The equestrian theme was carried out in these spaces to reinforce the concept behind the project.
