Savannah Market Place is a 65.1-acre mixed-use commercial development located on Nashville Pike within the City of Gallatin. The master plan proposed a mix of retail and office uses intended to blend with the surrounding development within the area. Traditional anchor tenants have been mixed in with village retail/office components to create an environment, that transitions to the adjacent Savannah residential development. Pedestrian friendly streetscapes, courtyards and architecture will reflect the character of Savannah, Georgia. The master plan also incorporates an existing historic home that will be utilized as a restaurant or office.
