Ragan-Smith prepared a master plan for a retail and manufacturing warehouse in an industrial community located in LaVergne, Tennessee. The 220-acre industrial site has approximately 3.8 million square footage of building space. Part of the uniqueness of this project was the utilization of landscape architecture to provide for a more office like environment. Part of this project received the NAIOP award for Best Industrial Project in the year 2000.
