Ragan-Smith prepared a conceptual master plan on approximately 34-acres within the new C4 Zoning District of the City of Brentwood. This plan reflects a new urban approach for mixed-use development that would include civic, office, retail and residential uses. Ragan-Smith conducted a site analysis in order to review existing conditions including utility infrastructure and roadway alignment. This conceptual master plan provides a more reasonable automotive circulation pattern while promoting and accommodating an aesthetically pleasing pedestrian circulation system.
