Ragan-Smith provided land planning and landscape architecture services for the 315-acre Kennesaw Farms development in Gallatin, Tennessee. The overall master plan was designed as a mixed-use community containing residential, retail and office components. The master plan drew on the equestrian history and natural features of the property to develop a theme reflective of its heritage. Numerous streams, tree lines and an existing historical home are incorporated into this development to provide amenity opportunities that tie the community together.
