Taramore is a 274-lot, upscale residential community, located on a historic property in Brentwood, Tennessee. Ragan-Smith developed the master plan around a historic home and numerous natural features that were utilized to interconnect the various products. This development proposed a mix of housing products consisting of one-acre to half-acre lots along with cottage and townhome units. Ragan-Smith provided land planning and landscape services and took the project through the rezoning process.
