Ragan-Smith prepared a master plan for 400 premier acres located on Lake Louden on the west side of Knoxville. The property has over 4 miles of prime lake frontage in addition to numerous natural assets. The master plan included a variety of housing products including estate and neo-traditional cottage, townhomes and live/work units. Amenity development included a town center, pocket parks and marina facilities. This project is not under construction due to funding.
