Ragan-Smith was contracted as the prime consultant for architectural and civil site improvements to the JB Knowles home in North Nashville. The ten-year old facility had significant existing roof leaks that had resulted in major interior damage to the facility. On the exterior the site grades were such that stormwater was directed toward the building and ponded in several locations. Ragan-Smith completed rehabilitation plans working with Metro Real Property Services and the staff of the Knowles home. The project also included the remodeling and exterior improvements to the old Bordeaux Post Office for use by the home.
