Ragan-Smith provided a comprehensive land planning and infrastructure design for the relocation of the Genesco Distribution Center in Lebanon, Tennessee. The project included both State Industrial Access (SIA), and Tennessee Industrial Infrastructure Program (TIIP) grants for roadway and sanitary sewer services. Ragan-Smith completed a fast-track TDOT design and permitting package and the project was let by TDOT.
