Stoneridge Farms is a 336-unit apartment complex located on 30 acres in the City of Smyrna, Tennessee. Ragan-Smith performed a pre-construction ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey on the raw tract of land and a post-construction ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey upon completion of construction. Both surveys required extensive research and review of title documents. The pre-construction survey included topographic data and tree location. The post-construction survey was very comprehensive in that all new constructed features including buildings, parking, sidewalks, curbing and utilities were located.
