The site consists of 4.2 acres of land improved with a Marriott Hotel and associated facilities, located in the City of Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee. The ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for this property was unique in that the Marriott and the Franklin Conference Center are one building but are owned by different entities. Therefore, the property line between these two entities actually runs through the middle of the building. These two entities also share parking, utilities and other agreements. The project required a great deal more fieldwork beyond Marriott's property lines and review of a Title Commitment that contained many documents.
