Ragan-Smith prepared an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey on this commercial retail site in Murfreesboro, TN. Using a combination of conventional surveying and High Definition Surveying (HDS), Ragan-Smith was able to complete the survey without conflicting with the the completion of construction. All improvements, including buildings, sidewalks, curbing, parking islands, visible utilities and asphalt, were located by HDS. This data was processed and registered in to our boundary control and the industry standard 2-D Land Title Survey Drawing was produced and delivered to the client.
