Willowbrook is a 238.5 acre mixed-use residential site located in Hendersonville, Sumner County, Tennessee. Ragan-Smith's survey involvement for this project includes preparation of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey used for conveyance of the land to the devleopers, preparation of a topographic map used by our engineering department to develop detailed design plans and preparation of subdivision plats for each section/phase as it is developed.
