Ragan-Smith prepares approximately 20 traffic impact studies a year for private development clients in Middle Tennessee. Our Traffic Engineers have established relationships with local planning and engineering staff members, and our experience allows us to be an advocate for our clients while coordinating needed improvements in the study area. Computerized traffic count machines are used and traffic projections and analysis are completed with state-of-the-art software tools. Traffic simulation models are used to help local leaders visualize actual projected traffic conditions and operations after completion of the development.
