Ragan-Smith was selected from a group of 16 consulting engineering firms to provide comprehensive transportation and land planning services along a 3.1-mile section of Cedar Lane. One area in particular was the focus of an initial Master Plan effort to transform the airport and medical center area into a Corporate Campus. Based upon the Master Plan, Ragan-Smith continued with a transportation corridor study and APR for the entire 3.1-mile route. Project deliverables include Master Plan and APR for Cedar Lane.
